		<description>Using the council&#039;s own fire wall? Members should get their own blog and twitter etc. Moving away from the council and party political websites, adds a value to your communications. It is in my experience viewed as more sincere, a bit like when you visit a resident or talk to them in the street of have a chat on the phone, it breaks down barriers. People think you are more approachable, thats what I find.
